A few weeks ago you went on camera and bragged about your "shelters" and your commitment to animals finding homes. You lied. They obviously are not sheltering in the least, your shelters. A mother dog and her 10 puppies, as well as many sweet dogs were being networked for rescue - listed on craigslist los angeles JUST YESTERDAY so we can, as a community, rescue them from you, your heartless staff and from death - from your South Central slaughterhouse. A day later they are killed. What is wrong with you people? Oh that's right, animals don't vote.
You redlist the animals and when the caring community is working to find them homes, you - psyche - just kidding, they're dead now. The day that you bragged about your shelters and adoptions, 10 dogs were euthanized ... you could not even hold off on the killings for that one day!
PLEASE do not ever, ever brag to any of your constituents about what you are doing on behalf of animals. Once a cheater, always a cheater. Can't be trusted. Immoral. Lies!

OMG, I had no idea that evil Corea murdered this whole family! She was a sweet mom, and she had 10 puppies--that monster and her minions murdered the whole family. I knew this family had disappeared from the LAAS website, but I thought someone had rescued them, I had no idea they were murdered. Thank goodness someone found out the information and posted it on Craigslist. Of course it doesn't mitigate in any way the pain and the horror of knowing that those demons are still mass murdering innocent pets, including moms and pups. I saw pictures of that little mom's smiling face--a beautiful little mother taking what little joy she can, full of love for her infants and for everyone and for life, with all the new life she was taking care of.
It's unbearable that Corea and others just to murder everyone. Meanwhile, Ed Boks the GM, is pretending that LAAS doesn't kill. And the idiot mayor is trying to tell the country how great LAAS is. It's a goddamn lunatic asylum. I wouldn't care, these madpersons can do what they want, and even continue to collect their outrageous salaries for it, but when the psychos murder innocent pets, and play their sick games in order to ensure that not even rescuers can prevent it, then their antics become everyone's business. The entire bunch, all of these scumbags that are busy hopping in and out of each other's beds and hiring each other for it, they all need to go--fire them all, stick 'em in straitjackets so they can't continue to harm, and get some real people to run LAAS. How many more years are we going to continue to see entire families of mothers and puppies, mothers and kittens, innocent bunnies, all mass murdered in order to appease the motherfuckers?

After being imprisoned for one month in the South LA pound, and being redlisted--on death row--for over half that time, this little puppy's gender has been discovered! Little 5 mo. old puppy "Jack" has been renamed "Jackie", and his listing as male has been changed to female. Congratulations to South LA slaughterhouse for their fine work in uncovering this hard to find bit of information. Despite the fact that a kennel employee fills out the initial paperwork based on looking at an animal, and despite a veterinarian or vet tech examining every animal upon impounding, and before the animal is taken to the kennels, this bit of secret data about this pup's gender has seemed to elude even the best and the brightest at South LA pound. But of course that's understandable since the employees of the death camp can't be expected to spend their time and energy attending to such insignificant details as the gender of an animal, because they must devote their time and energy to the far more important work of killing all the animals.

The vast majority of animals that are impounded in the pounds are not owner turn-ins although that is what LAAS continually claim--and we know how accurate and honest they are. The vast majority of animals are brought in by the animal control trucks. They send them out each day to procure more animals for LAAS to kill. South LA sends out several trucks each day, and it's like fishing--they go out to see how many animals they can find and snare, to be imprisoned and killed. Because that's what they do, what they have always done. And as long as they are permitted to and Ed Boks is in charge, that is what they will continue to do.
They often kill animals at LAAS in anticipation that the animal control will find enough animals to replace the animals that they have killed that day. Today, they ended up impounding 16 dogs. Some days they can't get that many animals, but some days, like today, they get "lucky"--and just as in fishing, the perp gets their catch, and the animal loses their life.
As usual, the trucks today brought in the animals in bunches--at different times of the day. You can see the animals that were brought in by each truck, based on the impound numbers. The gaps between the impound number are small--that's one of the ways you can tell they came in on the same truck--they were impounded at approximately the same time.

There were 3 groups of dogs brought in today, Monday, to South LA--the first group is 2 dogs, while the second group is 4 dogs, and the third group is three dogs. They send out 4 or 5 trucks each day to find as many animals as they can nab, that's how LAAS gets filled up--most of these are NOT homeless or strays, and the dognappers have very unethical ways of seizing animals to kill. In contrast, there were maybe 1 or 2 dogs turned in by owners today.
Read "Redemption" by Nathan Winograd and you will see that Henry Bergh was trying to reform the "pounds" in the 1800's--but LAAS is doing the same thing as "pounds" were doing then--there's no change; they were nabbing animals right and left from anywhere and anyone they could, then killing them. This is one of the many ways LAAS get their animals. Then, they turn around and spread the lie that the animals in LAAS are "homeless" and "unwanted." Little if any attempt is made to find the owner, and in fact LAAS appears to do everything to PREVENT owners and animals from being reunited.

LAAS spread the lie that ALL the animals are "homeless", "unwanted" and are there because of the irresponsibility of the public. The truth is that the animals are imprisoned and killed inside LAAS because we have institutional mass murder of animals. This is just like Nazi death camps and the finding and nabbing of animals to kill is done Nazi-style too. Animals are hunted down, in their neighborhoods, in their homes, on their porches, in their yards and stolen by the Gestapo goons whose antics are funded by our tax dollars. Ed Boks began his career in shelter management doing just that! The Gestapo go out with their trucks and their guns and their poles made of heavy airplane wire to snare and brutalize animals. Animal activists have long been protesting the use of snares to kill fur bearing animals, but these same types of snares are being used on companion animals here in LA and WE'RE PAYING FOR IT and ALLOWING IT TO CONTINUE!
This is what no one talks about--how LAAS procure most of their animals. And make no mistake about it, they DO procure animals--they are the "raw materials" of the business. Then this "raw material" is crushed and mashed into fertilizer, dog food, counter tops, lipsticks, etc.
The real problem in this country is the acceptance of institutionalized mass murder of pets. The LAAS, like many municipal "shetlers" are very effective at turning their fan club apologists into bashers of the public, while they are perfectly happy to accept shelter employees continuing the extermination process without implementing the proven methods to stop the killing.
The people of this country, and of course most especially the "humane community" are in a pea soup fog--these people are so happy to persecute the public and individuals who are imperfect (they even persecute the perfect ones!), but they tolerate and approve of the inhumanity perpetrated by their pals at places like LAAS-- and not just all the killing, but treatment of the animals and conditions that they would never tolerate in an individual.
The problem is ultimately institution-worship, it's what Nazism and any other police state tyranny is about--negation of the individual, sublimation to the institutions, and it's the very thing that this country was founded to protect us all from.
