It's time to show the elected and appointed officials of the City of Los Angeles that we will not take it anymore.

For all the troubles in this City of Los Angeles that require immediate attention to make this city inhabitable, there is one that has been continuously ignored, shelved, shoved aside, or tabled that has been presented for years by those concerned and now has been soullessly forgotten by those elected to serve.  It has now become a cancer spreading freely and attacking every living thing within its toxic boundaries.  It is the Department of Los Angeles Animal Services under the leadership of Mr. Ed Boks. 

The City of Los Angeles deserves a shelter system that we can be proud of and that doesn't equate with the killing fields of some Third World Country.  To demand this, please sign the petition below by clicking on it.   It will only take a moment of your time and that time may save hundreds of animals that our shelter system euthanizes on a daily basis.  When you are through, pass it on to your friends, family, co-workers.ANYONE.  This is the perfect time to raise your voices for the homeless animals of the City of Angels.

Puppies under one year are held in a cage with no access to a dry, warm, clean
floor. At top center of the photo is standing water and feces, a condition that
puts these young puppies’ health at risk. Is this where tax payer monies are going?
Is this what these puppies and we deserve?
