ADL-LA just confirmed it was filed last July and is in the public record!  It appears that now even the staff of LAAS have "No Confidence" in Ed Boks; all this while Mayor Villaraigosa sits around obsessing about his own sexual affairs and making sure he keeps his weekly teeth whitening appointments!

Los Angeles Animal Services shelter staff are said to have signed a letter expressing no confidence in the department's general manager Ed Boks.
Has anyone seen it or does someone have a copy? Was it given to the City Council or hushed up?
Whatever happened to it, the question remains why is Boks still there if his staff have no confidence in him?
