LOS ANGELES - Activists convened for mobile demos in the neighborhoods of Samuel Blackman and Robin Kramer. Samuel Blackman and Ying Jing Blackman are the parents of despicable Jimmy Blackman, who is Deputy Mayor to the sleazy, adulterer animal killer Mayor Villaraigosa. The title that Robin Kramer holds is the Chief of Staff to the Mayor. Both Jimmy and Robin are in a position to impact Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa to get off his duff and do something for the tens of thousands of animals being systematically slaughtered by Ed Boks - current General Manager of the six Los Angeles Municipal shelters. And that was exactly the activists' purpose - to explain the necessity of firing Ed Boks and hiring someone who will implement the programs, procedures, policies, and protocols of No Kill Solutions and their NO KILL EQUATION.

Boks was fired in New York City and asked to resign in Maricopa County (Az). He factors out entire categories from the kill stats and allows animals to linger until they succumb to untreated illnesses and injuries. Between the animals omitted from the "euth" statistics and those allowed to die on their own "in house," he makes the numbers appear small and touts himself as no kill. But Boks is anything BUT No Kill! He's immoral, unethical and an obsessive liar when it comes to the animals under his supervision. Activists chanted and exposed what goes on inside LAAS under Blackman, Kramer and Boks and leafleted the entire neighborhood. Several of the neighbors who came out to see what was going on,said that Jimmy was a "piece of crap" and that they'd never vote for Villaraigosa in any capacity ever again!

Ed Boks and Mayor Villaraigosa seem to have a lot in common. They both like to womanize and neither gives a hoot about animals. They're a real pair - and they collaborate to ensure that multiple thousands of healthy, treatable and adoptable puppies, kittens, dogs, cats, and bunnies never find loving homes, but rather only face the business end of a needle filled with Fatal Plus.

Once again, activists got the message out loud and clear on behalf of the innocent animals who are the victims of sleazeballs like Boks, Villaraigosa, Blackman, and Kramer. Not one of them has the decency or cojones to lift a finger to do what's right by the animals. But they can all sure whine about legal picketers in their neighborhoods! Until Villaraigosa hires a GM who will implement the No Kill Equation, activists will continue to focus on those responsible for the slaughter of tens of thousands of lost and homeless animals every single year in the city of "The Angels!"
